The parking situation could use improvement!!! Sorting out broken amenities, addressing noise disturbances, . It's not that hard to fix these things!!!

The decor was modern and the ambiance was lovely. We visited Alton Towers and checked out some local pubs. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Just a heads up, the parking is a bit tight, but there's a small lot behind the hotel which is handy.

comfortable stay but noisy at night
The dinner menu offered a variety of delicious options , made our evening enjoyable. The room provided excellent amenities, including a smart TV which was a nice touch for unwinding after a long day.
We had some disturbances due to noise from adjacent rooms, made it hard to sleep.

Comfy room but slow service
The room was really comfy, with a good coffee setup. Loved the bathroom too! It took way too long to get our dinner after a long day at the theme park. Only one server on duty in the dining area during breakfast.

Our stay was quite enjoyable overall. The room was well-decorated and clean, and I especially appreciated the modern ambiance. We went out for dinner, and the meal was delightful, with attentive service throughout. the street noise was noticeable due to the old windows, which made it a bit hard to relax at night.

Centrally located with easy access to local attractions, the hotel features spacious dining areas that can accommodate various group sizes. The food served boasts some quality highlights, such as the beef bourguignon.
Check-in wasn't straightforward. The keys were tossed our way with hardly any warmth, and the room wasn't ready even after arriving near 6 PM. Noise levels were disruptive, with children screaming and adults shouting from the halls and outside, forcing the family to compromise on much-needed rest. To top it off, the breakfast consisted only of a minimal paper bag. Cleaning staff seemed to prioritize their tasks without considering guest comfort, causing interruptions at very early hours.
